WHICH MTB SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE ARE RECOMMENDED?

All the paths are natural and adapted to be ride by bikes, so on the same path you can find flow sections and technical sections. Only a few trails can be considered easy from top to bottom, so a good level of skills and experience is recommended to enjoy a full week of enduro and take advantage of the entire trail network. WHAT IF I AM A BEGINNER?

You are welcome, we recommend you the EBIKE TOUR, which will be customized according to your requests and abilities. There are gravel roads and very suggestive and panoramic paths suitable for those who want to enjoy a day on a mtb. It’s important that all the people in the group have similar goals and expectations.

SHOULD I WEAR A FULL FACE OR OPEN HELMET?

It depends on your what you prefer. Our guides use the open helmet, especially on pedaled days, but our suggestion is to use the helmet which make you feel safer.

WE ARE LESS THAN 3/4 PEOPLE, CAN WE BOOK?

Yes, we always give the possibility to make reservations. We will try to combine different groups to have a minimum number or if it is not possible we will create a personalized offer for you.

WHAT’S THE WEATHER LIKE?

Unlike Finale Ligure or SanRomolo which are closer to the coast, Molini di Triora is generally cooler and more humid, moreover, during the bike tours you reach peaks above 2000mt. Cycling here is pleasant even in summer time and the terrain is rarely dry and dusty. Always be prepared for some rain and bring some warm clothes with you, especially in spring and autumn.

WHEN DOES THE SEASON STARTS/FINISH?

We are open from April until the end of October. Depending on the weather at the beginning of the season some of the higher trails might not be rideable because of snow.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

It is possible to ride a bike even on rainy days, just be equipped. If the rain is too persistent and cycling is not pleasant, we will try to adapt the program and make up for the riding time you missed.

CAN I WASH AND DRY CLOTHES?

At the B&B we offer laundry service with washing machine and dryer at the cost of 5€.

CAN I FIND SPARE PARTS FOR THE BIKE?

The nearest shop is about 30km away. At our rental we have some emergency parts, but the variety of parts in stock is limited, so we recommend you to bring the parts you might need most, and that could be harder to find.
